About the Recipe
Enjoy this delicious baked chicken - even my husband who doesn't like dill loves the flavors of this dish!

Ingredients
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Sour Cream
Mozzarella Cheese (or cheese of preference - block not shredded)
Fresh Basil
Cherry Tomatoes
Dill (Fresh or Dried)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Preparation
*Clean chicken breast (if you chose skin on chicken go ahead and take the skin off now)
Cut slits in the chicken breast from one side to the other (short site not from the long side) - As many as you are able leaving chicken meat between each cut
Once all chicken breasts are cleaned and cut move on to the next steps:
Slice Tomatoes (I usually get 3 pieces from each cherry tomato) - if you use other tomatoes this may be different.
Slice your chosen flavor cheese block
Spread Sour Cream thickly across the bottom of your baking dish (I use a glass cake pan)
Sprinkle Dill (to your desired amount for flavor) over Sour Cream
PREHEAT OVEN to 350 Degrees
Place chicken breasts into baking dish
Insert 1 piece of tomato / cheese slice and fresh basil leaf into each slit made into chicken breast
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place baking pan into oven and bake at 350 for 60 minutes - check that chicken is cooked through or to a temperature of 165 degrees.
