About the Recipe

Ingredients
Ground Beef (I use grass-fed, Grass-Finished)
Gluten-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt (I use Himalayan Sea Salt or Celtic Sea Salt)
Pepper (peppercorn grinder)
Garlic
Organic Tarragon leaves
Basil
Parsely
Use spices to your taste (I do not measure these and the flavor is slightly different every time I make the meal)
Pears - desert
Preparation
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees. - When adding soup to beef place sliced pears in oven safe dish and bake until beef is done.
Cook the ground beef with all spices until it is almost done, then strain the grease off
Add GF Cream of Mushroom soup and turn temp to simmer
Stir all ingredients in the pan together until meat is covered in soup/sauce
When meat is at a temperature/desired wellness taste to see if you need more seasoning.

You can eat this beef mix as is or over toast/mashed potatoes.
