Gluten-Free and Still Tasty!

It's been a while since I've sat down to put pen to paper, so to speak.
I've been on this gluten-free journey for so many years it's like second nature now. Since starting this journey, I've had a couple of kids and have to keep my oldest on a strict gluten-free diet as well. The youngest is still too young to know if this diet will be required.
I made gluten-free pizzas this weekend and both kids loved it. Then for dinner we had gluten-free chicken noodle soup. The youngest couldn't get enough of the chicken and the broth.
I hope my kids grow to enjoy the foods I make and learn to have a love for cooking too!
